Our Roll Tarp Systems are used on roll-off containers to prevent unwanted materials from getting in, as well as stop materials from flying out. The system comes complete with tarp, tarp straps, and all hardware/parts necessary to install the system on your roll-off container.
— Tarp: Made from 22oz per square yard vinyl coated polyester. All seams/panels are heat seal welded together to provide a permanent waterproof seam. All sewn hems are double stitched with industrial grade polyester monochord thread. Nose section is reinforced with an extra layer of 22oz vinyl and has 2” wide webbing sewn into the hems and around all notches for the roll/anchor pipes. Tailgate section is notched out around the corners for ease of operation. Corners are reinforced with an extra layer of 22oz vinyl and 2” wide webbing sewn into the hems around the notches. Solid brass grommets with tooth washers, to prevent grommet pullout, are installed around the tarp.
— (QTY3) EDPM Platinum Tarp straps are pre-installed on the tarp attached to the grommets. Ratchet tie downs are made of 2” wide webbing with a 10,000lb cargo control rating. The pullback rope assembly is made of 3/8” heavy duty poly rope attached to a 2” strap made of 10,000lb cargo control webbing.
— Hardware: “L” shaped stop tarp caddies w/ rubber caps, pipe clamps, and tarp binding hooks are made of heavy-duty steel with zinc coating.
— Tarp Crank Handle: One piece 7/8” round stock hardened aluminum with an extra heavy duty universal joint with grease fitting. Square drive end is made of aluminum.
— Roll/Anchor pipes: 14GA structural tubing protected with Gatorshield (triple-layered galvanizing process). A one-piece heavy duty cast-iron pipe gudgeon is used on the roll pipe for the crank to fit into.
— Adjustable Bows: 8″ rise steel Bow can extend to 96″ with extendable elbows. Made from 14GA structural tubing with solid steel rods for the bow ends and are galvanized for added corrosion resistance.
